What data I process and why
- Contact form: name, email, website or business (optional) and your message. I use them to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.
- WhatsApp and email: if you write to me through these channels, I process the data you share for the same purpose.
- Analytics: only if you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects aggregated browsing data so I know which pages are visited. More detail in the cookie policy.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form or write to me, and taking pre-contractual steps when you ask me for a proposal. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
How long I keep your data
As long as needed to reply and manage any resulting relationship. If we do not end up working together, I delete it at most one year after our last contact, unless the law requires me to keep it.
Who it is shared with
I do not sell or hand over your data. Some providers process it on my behalf so the website works:
- Netlify, Inc.: website hosting and form handling.
- Google: email (Gmail) and, if you accept, Google Analytics.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message me on WhatsApp.
Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to lucas.eiris.sales@gmail.com. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Minors
This website is aimed at professionals and businesses. I do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
